1.2. The service “WOW! Deals” is provided by ModoMobi Ltd and gives access to a portal with deals, discounts and prize draws.
1.3. The order and the billing take place on the sign up page that the buttons on this site lead to, and are governed by the conditions of the provider.
2. Who may use the service
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
2.2. You must be the holder of the PayPal account used for the payment, or have the permission of the holder.
2.3. The service is intended for personal, non commercial use.
3. Trial, price and payment
3.1. The first 24 hours are free of charge.
3.2. After the trial the membership costs $8.99 CAD per week and renews automatically until it is cancelled.
3.3. Payment is taken through PayPal as a recurring payment.
3.4. If the membership is cancelled during the free trial, no payment is taken.
3.5. Data charged by your internet provider is not included in the fee and remains your own responsibility.
4. Cancelling
4.1. The membership is cancelled inside your own PayPal account, under automatic payments.
4.2. Cancelling stops all future payments; it does not refund payments already taken.
4.3. Refund requests are handled by the provider of the service.
5. Access
5.1. After the order you receive an email at your PayPal email address with a link to the portal.
5.2. The content opens in a browser and does not require an app to be installed.
5.3. Compatibility with every device, browser and operating system cannot be guaranteed.
6. The content of the portal

7. Availability and changes

8. Liability
